My Main Skills
Directing - My biggest passion is directing. I started off in theatre at age 8 before I learned my love for the other side, directing. I credit acting for helping me understand how to direct and what the actor needs to know. I am a strong leader who loves working with a collaborative and passionate team.
Assistant Directing - While on set at SDSU and abroad I learned how I am confident in raising my voice to call to others attention, keeping people on schedule, and creating a schedule that allows for extra time with things get tight. I can communicate discreetly to a director to tell them what we need for the shoot while still maintaining a calm set and not making others stressed.
Producing - During my time at SDSU and abroad I found I am proficient at clearly communicating with a cast, crew, & outside sources, being organized, location scouting, and overall overseeing all that happens behind the camera so that what is on screen is able to come to life. I have also found the importance in producing the stories that are personal and true to others.
Photography - Since 2019 I have been a working and freelance photographer. I took courses in high school on photography and have always had an eye for shots and angles.
Marketing - I do freelance in graphic design and editing. Whether it is editing a promotional video or creating a layout or post for an ad. I know how to attract people into reading or watching what I am selling.
